Ali MacGraw
Elizabeth Alice MacGraw better known as Ali MacGraw is an award-winning American actress, model, writer as well as an animal rights activist. Ali MacGraw is famous for movies such as Love Story, Goodbye Columbus and The Getaway. Her desire to be an artist was in part influenced by her upbringing within the New York family of artists. Her first job was as a photo assistant. Then she moved on to acting and modeling. The actress was awarded an award called the Golden Globe Award in 1990 for being a promising actor. MacGraw's 1970 movie Love Story was an international success, earning the actress an Academy Award nomination and Golden Globe Award. In just three years, she was named the number one female box-office starter in the world. Her footprints from 1972 and autograph were inscribed on the wall at Grauman's Chinese Theater. She has starred in several other movies, including The Getaway Convoy Players and the miniseries on TV The Winds of War among other. Moving Pictures is her autobiography released in 1991. MacGraw was divorced three times.
