She is a well-known athlete in American time. She is the only six female athletes to win in each event on the World Cup circuit. Overall, she's won an impressive 82 World Cup championships. She is the best skier on the planet and the most successful American racer in ski racing has announced her retirement following the World Championship in Sweden. Following a string of ailments and injuries, the three-time World Cup champion has decided to take a break. The four-time World Cup overall champion made her announcement on social networks.
