Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. Following the end of gymnastics in her youth Ariel started competing in fitness shows aged 16. At the age of 17 she was awarded her professional certificate just one year later. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. She began competing in fitness shows at the age of 16 after quitting her gymnastics program in childhood. She was awarded her Professional Card within a year and was 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is among the oldest IFBB Pro. Ariel took six year off from the stage after earning her Pro Card to complete her studies at college. After completing her college education, Ariel returned in 2015. She continued where she was in prior events, such as her participation in the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. After her first show, she continued competing throughout her career and setting higher goals each year. In 2009, four more fitness titles were added to her collection. Also, she became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all in history (age 17) by winning at the 2010 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel took an extended break following her professional card's issuance so that she could earn her college diploma. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB was in the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. The show was a success and she placed third. In the summer of 2016, she was awarded first place at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. She was then qualified for an appearance at the Fitness Olympia. The Olympian took to the stage three month later and returned with a sixth place within the Fitness Division. She had no expectations before the competition. Ariel claims she was more proud of her placing. It's no surprise that she was able to place so high, given the level of competition. Ariel's body continues to grow every year. Ariel's most favorite part of her body to train is the back. The typical back exercise she does is comprised of bent over rows single arm lat pull-downs using a machine, pull-ups and sitting rows. Her usual routine is to warm up before moving on to the sets for working. Ariel utilizes her time effectively. She does this by super creating all of the back exercises she does, doing three or four supersets of between 10-12 reps. The routine she follows is type of workout twice per week, with one day being a lightweight day, and another heavier weight day.
