Annmarie Fairweather has been the Chief Human Resources Officer for Learning Ally since 2008. She manages our entire practices for People, People Management along with Talent Management and the development of culture. Annmarie is an accomplished Human Resources leader with 30 years of experience having worked in a variety of industries with leaders and their teams to improve performance of their businesses, specifically in times of expansion and rapid transformation by focusing on developing, aligning, and leading a global people strategy. She has served as a consultant to translate business and people strategies into enterprise-wide goals and strategic plans through managing performance and organization employees' engagement, organizational and performance management, as well as managing change. She is passionate about learning and envisions developing team and leadership as the ultimate competitive advantage. Her broad experience with smaller and mid-sized companies and Fortune 500 organizations in developing and coaching leaders with demonstrated results and successful outcomes helped cultivate corporate cultures that embrace changes and learning that positively affect teams and organizations. Annmarie, who has a commitment to helping Learning Ally in its mission as well, is also able to devote her time supporting other non-profit organizations. Annmarie has been a part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee, a group dedicated to helping women grow into leaders. She also provides training to the Hospitality Healthcare Network in North America.
